GSI’s work for this historic property in upstate NY started as a design development contract for interior & exterior signage but grew to include fabrication and installation. Signage included interior Guestrooms, Public Space wayfinding and exterior ID signage. While attention to exacting details of this historic building in both design & construction challenges were critical – it was also imperative to meet the criteria of brand standards as the property rebranded and reopened as a Marriott Hotel. An expansive project like this tapped all skill sets from coordination with extended project partners, to juggling tight schedules, and facilitating engineering and permitting logistics.
