Last year breathed new life into this property once again with an extensive renovation and rebranding as a Marriott.

GSI’s work with the project management team at Hotel Syracuse started as a design development contract for interior and exterior signage — but soon evolved into fabrication and installation services as well. Being an integral part of the process from start to finish is something the team at GSI finds rewarding and beneficial as it allows them to best help clients meet objectives and overall goals for a project.

Attention to exacting details of this historic building in both design & construction was critical in this case – as was continued coordination with multiple team players, tight schedules, engineering and permitting logistics throughout this challenging project.
